This complete house is located in the province of Alicante, specifically in the municipality of Elda.

It has a capacity for 14 people in a construction of more than 150 square meters. It is located on the ground floor of the property and has 4 rooms that have double and single beds. It has all the possible comforts to guarantee a pleasant stay.

Inside the accommodation, we will find a large room, which presents fireplace, ideal to spend a warm moment in the cold months. Also, it has comfortable sofas, television for entertaining after long walks and details in wood. In addition to parquet floor and heating central.

It also has marquee and bathroom completo with shower, bathtub, towels and toiletries for hygiene. The kitchen, is fully equipped with everything necessary for the preparation of excellent meals, with all the complete utensils that makes it possible. The rooms have a classic decor, with simple bedding and large windows where you can see a lot of natural light.

On the outside of the house, 5 toilets is available for use by all customers. In addition, summer residence, which is fully equipped with:

• Barbecue, ideal for holding meetings and meals with family or friends.

• Glass lounge, which has access to the outdoor pool, where you can sunbathe and relax on comfortable loungers. It also has television and sofas to rest.

• Room for washing and ironing clothes, excellent option for greater comfort of the guest.

• Parking area, for greater tranquility of the visitor.

In this house we can have a few minutes a diversity of places of great tourist and cultural interest. There we can visit the beautiful beaches of Benidorm and Alicante, highlighting among them San Juan and also those of Santa Pola. In the village of Agost, we can enjoy the Ceramics Museum.

Elda, is an industrial footwear city, where we can visit its Museum. In Valencia, we have different options for entertainment. From the Bioparc, a zoo with invisible barriers until the Oceanografic, an impressive aquarium that is a must.
