Description of Vivegredos / El Molino de Tormellas
This rural house is located in the small population of tormellas, in the province of Ávila, and is composed of two houses: the mill and the mill tower.
It is a building that was formerly a flour mill, which has been thoroughly rehabilitated, although maintaining many of the characteristics of the mill within the decoration of the new building, as part of its mechanism and fundamental pieces for its operation.
El Molino is a building of 2 plants high and is composed of 5 rooms, an immense living room and a modern kitchen, but if there is something that stands out from this house it is the way in which the old parts of the mill have included in the current decoration.
On the other hand, the Molino Tower, has 3 plants in height and has 3 bedrooms double capacity, kitchen-dining room and a relax space with incredible views towards the throat of the knights through their windows.
As it is an old mill is near water, in this case of the puddle of the mill, a haven of the throat of the Knights that provides an exterior different from this house. We also find a pleasant patio where there is a barbecue in which to prepare rich dinners and enjoy outdoors.
