Beautiful rural house with capacity to accommodate 9 person s visitors in the charming inland Asturian town of Lledías, although is located a few kilometers from the nearest beaches.

The facilities that guests of this accommodation can enjoy are:

• 4 bedrooms, all of them with double capacity, but only 2 of them that can be considered as such due to size, these would be those equipped with double beds. The remaining rooms, one with a pair of single beds of 105 centimeters and another smaller one with another pair of beds arranged in a bunk bed. Most of them have exterior windows, each with a different orientation. There is also an independent small room in the upper part of the house in which a sofa-bed unfolds in order to become another bedroom to which the use of a toilet is linked, which almost gives it the status of a "penthouse suite".

• The living room, at double height, has in its upper part the typical entertainment center with several-seater sofas that are arranged around a coffee table and all of this is arranged in front of the widescreen a television Large size. Also in this spatial term, but under the stairwell, is where we find the brick chimney. In its lower part, on the other side of a wooden railing, we find the dining room with a long wooden table around which 8 seats have been arranged for its diners.

• The kitchen that is in direct contact with the living room, except for a partial wall that is configured as a service bar for meals and under which storage spaces of different sizes are integrated where the many elements of a wide selection of household items as well as a complete set of household appliances. The walls of this space are tiled in an intended traditional style that creates a most homely atmosphere.

• The bathroom that the house has and is generally available to its inhabitants is decorated with a retro character from the beginning of the century, whose sanitary equipment is complete with a shower cabin with masonry walls.

On the outside of the farm we find, but still inside the gate we find a large parking space with capacity for a couple of vehicles. Just outside the house, a set of garden furniture has been arranged that makes up a small porch from which to contemplate the quiet image of the town.

The mountains that surround the Council of Llanes seem as solid as the time it took them to rise so high, but in reality they have hollow parts that the inhabitants of prehistoric times frequently used as shelter for these altitudes. Thus, in the surroundings of Posada Vieja, which was the germinal nucleus of the population of Posada de Llanes is where we can visit the Cueva de Sabina or de la Coberiza that contains some cave paintings.

9 kilometers from the beautiful beach town of Ribadesella and just over 20 from the famous Llanes, we find a beautiful natural spectacle on the shores of the Cantabrian Sea, at the mouth of the Aguadamía river, the so-called Buffoons of Pría, some curious holes that have arisen in the floor of the cliff and that violently expel great amounts of water towards the sky with each blow of the waves. This phenomenon is produced by the differential erosion of the sea and its salinity on the rock, generating channels through which the sea infiltrates with all its force, giving rise to powerful explosions of salt water that have nothing to do with the geysers of geothermal origin.
