They are quite well furnished, with velvet stools, wardrobes and chests of drawers. In addition, they all have windows that illuminate the room naturally.

They are protected by glass partitions. There is also a sink on a stone cabinet that has a shelf to store towels. The bathroom mirror is oval. It also has WC.

In the latter there are a series of long blue sofas with lots of cushions and throws, all pointing towards the large flat screen TV and fireplace. There is a table that is divided into three parts, and a small oval rug under it. There are a couple of windows at different heights on the wall, as well as a blue clock with gold hands. At the top there is a reading area, with a beige armchair and sofa, and fluffy rugs. There is also a bedside table and a chest of drawers that serves as a bookcase.
- Kitchen-dining room. It has a table for 8 people, made of wood with iron legs. It has a centerpiece with some plants. The kitchen is a very spacious space, which has modern appliances. The fridge is extra large and is built in under the stairs of the duplex. Next to it are the oven and microwave, and following the hob is a ceramic hob.
