The house is located in the Guipuzcoan municipality of Itziar. It consists of 3 plants and has a capacity for 9 people.

The accommodation is distributes in 3 bedrooms, one of them with a bathroom:

• A marriage bedroom as a suite
• A double marriage bedroom.
• A triple bedroom

All rooms have closet to keep all your belongings and windows that provide a lot of natural light to each of the rooms. There are also 3 supplementary beds.

It has a large living room with a large table for 10 diners and another area, more of relaxation, equipped with sofas, television and chimney perfect so you can watch movies or simply chat all together in the heat of the fire. It also has a library shelves in case you prefer to pass a book.

The house has 4 bathrooms, one of them with hydromassage bathtub. Everything has cleaning clothes and essential hygienic products in any room.

The kitchen, integrated into the living room and American style, is totally furnished with all the necessary appliances: refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc., in addition to the kitchen house, utensils, coverage, dishes...

In addition the house has a small meeting room with very well equipped integrated kitchen, which you can rent apart.

Outside you can enjoy a wide wooded garden with furniture and barbecue perfect to enjoy the weather and the outdoors while tasting a wonderful barbecue.

Itziar serves as a bridge between Mount Andutz and Mendata's coast. One of the most detachable points of the municipality is the Gulf of Bizkaia.

Also in Itiziar and its surroundings you can visit numerous interesting places:

• the Church of the fifteenth century.
• Ekain's cave.
• convent of 16th -century baroque style.

In the area we invite you to taste some of the typical Basque dishes such as the Purrusalda or the guipuzcoan cooked with beans instead of chickpeas.
