Our apartments are in the neighborhood of Itziar which, in turn, belongs to Deba.

We have 2 buildings, a big house and a small annex, adjacent to the main building. In our accommodation there are several options to rent: on the one hand you can take the whole house and, if not, book the different types of accommodation we offer:

• Double rooms.
• Independent apartments.
• Studio with kitchen.

The main building was a old farmhouse, typical of the Basque Country, large and multi-storey. It was reformed in the year 2008, nevertheless, it was tried to maintain the character of the house. Its facade preserves the wooden planks, so typical of Basque architecture, balconies, shuttered windows and the stone frieze. Therefore, the aesthetics of the set is still very characteristic.

In the interior, there are several exclusive places for our guests. First of all, there is a kitchen own, for the users of our accommodation. It has a refrigerator, oven, microwave and all the necessary equipment to make life and prepare anything.

There is also a dining room, spacious and with many tables, where you can eat or just meet. There are special chairs for babies, so that children can eat at the table of adults. There is television that is hanging on the wall, so that it can be seen from the whole room. In the same room there is an area X living room. There are placed several sofas and chairs, and even a bookshelf with reading.

The house is located in a beautiful environment and has a large garden , surrounded by forest. The whole house around has grass, trees and flowers. In addition, there are distributed by the different plot garden furniture: picnic table, tables, chairs, sunbeds ...

On the sides of the house there are porches: the one in the main entrance brings a special charm to the facade, but it is small. However, those on the sides are long and spacious corridors, where is very hollow to be, with sofas, armchairs and tables.

In addition, as agrotourism, we have an area of ​​ garden and a farm con diverse species: cows, horses, chickens ... This will make you connect 100% with nature and enjoy what the environment can offer you.

The most characteristic of our house is the X In addition, we carry out activities linked to the agriculture and livestock.
In this way, our guests can see how they really live in the countryside and all the advantages they have. Children will learn a lot about nature and the products they consume later at home.

Our rural accommodation is in a isolated area, exactly in a valley of the Basque Country.

Itziar is a dispersed population of the Basque Country. It is a rural nucleus of Deba. In these 2 locations there are many things to see:

• Itziar is in the interior and has, for example, the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Itziar.
• On the other hand, Deba is found at the mouth of the river with the same name. The most representative of this place are the beaches, which have made it a very tourist destination, thanks to its beauty. However, it also has monuments to visit, such as the beautiful .

We are very close to other towns, like a lot to 20 minutes, like Zumaia, Zarautz or San Sebastián. You can go to very nice beaches, for example, the Itzurun.
